I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

Before becoming a coach, I built a highly successful career in marketing, leading the launch of Sony PlayStation - one of the most successful product introductions in Sony’s history. But despite my achievements, I found myself burned out and unfulfilled. I realized that my true passion wasn’t in driving sales but in helping people grow - both professionally and personally.

That realization led me to a new path. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with executive women, leaders, and professionals to help them move through obstacles, find clarity, and step into their full potential. My coaching integrates leadership strategy, mindfulness, and the neuroscience of change, so my clients feel more aligned, empowered, and effective in both their careers and personal lives.

I’m also a long-time meditation teacher, accredited in mindfulness and presence-based coaching, with published meditations on Insight Timer and YouTube. My work is rooted in deep listening, compassion, and practical tools that create real transformation.
